> Spec:
minimum of three (3) years experience in GSM radio planning 900MHz & 1800MHz, 3G UTRAN/SIGTRAN planning and in building solution design; basic knowledge of radio optimisation; competence in site selection and technical survey; good knowledge of the E/// equipment; competence in site configuration / cell structure; knowledge of frequency planning; good knowledge of TEMS investigation and any other planning tool

propagation model tuning on TEMS tool; review of pre-design based on customer input; ranking canditates based on site survey report and simulations; evaluating sites on technical SSR; finalising radio network design including frequency planning and neighbour list; first line optimisation using TEMS investigation; initial network tuning; reporting to PM and if required CPM;- communication with the customer and find out it's needs; updating site database and planning tool database; administrating technical site survey reports in RND group
