Radio Network Optimization Engineer - Ericsson Turkey
Our client is looking for experienced Radio Network Optimization Engineers for their project based in Turkey. The radio network optimization expert will be responsible for the overall radio network performance of his/her assigned area of responsibility.

His/her key responsibilities are listed below:
Ensure that the entire Radio Network KPIs of his assigned area of responsibility based on BSS Statistics and Drive Test coverage analysis are consistently met as predefined by the headquarters or defined target by customer. Review and analyze the new sites plan results with customer. Review and analyze drive test reports and data collected by client or their subcontractors. Implement RNO guidelines and strategies set by the radio network optimization manager. Preparation of technical responses to client and/or end client, on all radio network tuning/optimization related queries/issues. Provide RNO support to the regional manager during regional technical meetings. Defining and analysis of BSS statistical reports. Produce and present regional RNO reporting.(QoS, DT reports). BSS feature and parameter analysis and tuning. Produce and present to Huawei and/or the end client recommendation an on radio network/KPI improvements.

Skill and experience profile:
Extensive experience of radio network optimization in multiple projects, internationally. Track record of delivering radio network optimization activities using internationally accepted engineering methodologies and procedures. Thorough understanding of radio network optimization life cycle, from project initiation and QoS target analysis through to guideline implementation and end to end radio network optimization using a structured methodology. Strong technical skills, with ability to handle large number of radio network optimization tasks. Experience of working with service subcontractors (ie Drive Testing companies) on radio network optimization projects. Strong background in QoS, particularly of radio network optimization related issues(KPI definitions, QoS acceptance procedure). Strong background in Edge&Gprs Optimization. Ability executes integrated Radio network optimization plans. Ability to deliver proactive, credible, responsive Radio Network Optimization services to client and end client. Ability to problem solve creatively and quickly under pressure. Ability to multi-task, priorities tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to build and deliver presentations to regional levels of the project and effectively explain complex issues and competes in simple, understandable language. possess strong writer, oral and presentation skills. Huawei or Ericsson experience required.
