Our client Ericsson requires 2G and 3G radio planners and optimisers for their project in Morocco to carry out the following tasks. 2G:
- Radio site survey.
- Site design using planning tools and survey in field.
- Frequency, BSIC, neighbors, & initial parameter setting for 2G new site.
- Frequency planning (Baseband and synthesizer hopping) using frequency planning strategies (FLP, MRP and Mixing FLP-MRP).
- Statistics & KPI monitoring.
- Perform and analysis drive test using TEMS Investigation tool.

3G:
- Creation and verification of CDD & CCR.
- Scrambling code, neighbors, & initial parameter setting for new 3G site.
- Statistics & KPI monitoring.
- Tuning & Optimization of sites to achieve better performance for the Network.
- Perform and analysis drive testing using TEMS Investigation tools.
Candidates should have a solid Ericsson experience and have been deeling with Ericsson tools such as: Tems Cell planner, Tems investigation 8, MCOM, Nexplorer.
