Telesource is a professional placement organisation providing highly qualified personnel to the telecommunications market in the Asia Pacific region is looking for a Country Sales Manager to be based in Indonesia

Brief on the Position:

Responsibilities:

§ Mobile Operator Account Management & Enterprise sales of Smartphone/ PDA phone

§ Account Management of smart phone/ PDA phone distributors and resellers

§ Managing and executing Enterprise /Mobile Operator sales strategy and channel/ retailer strategy

§ Planning, forecasting & managing successful sell-thru with tactical marketing plan

§ Planning/ forecasting of order and implementation of sales/ marketing plan

§ Requirements:

§ Tertiary education in Business Administration/IT/Electronics with at least 5 years experience with proven track record in account management & enterprise sales and channel management, preferable in Telecom industry.

§ Experience in creating new business in Smartphone/ PDA phone industry & working for a Mobile operator is an advantage

§ Good team player ,result-oriented and like to take challenge to grow with the company

§ At least 2 years in supervisor experience

§ Strong communication skills and the ability to present to large audiences

§ Fluent spoken & written English
