RAN Support Engineer

Tangent International are currently looking for a RAN Support Engineer for a 6 month rolling contract in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

· Fault management including end to end troubleshooting, root cause
analysis, correction development and implementation
· Liaise with vendors on technical issues
· Impact assessment of network configuration changes
· Develop and maintain test plans and specifications
· Develop and maintain implementation procedures and tools.
· Testing and implementation of network configuration changes in
accordance with detailed designs
· Implementation of software and hardware upgrades in project
timeframes
· Review, coordinate and manage installation, commissioning and
implementation activities procured from vendors or third parties
· Provide technical support to Operations in performance, capacity and
configuration to maintain and optimize RAN performance
· Provide emergency support.
