Position Title:SITE INSPECTOR
Position Description: Site Inspector ensures CW and equipment Implementation Quality. Responsible of continuous Site Quality improvements in customer projects by site quality assessments, analyzing the results and implementing corrective actions accordance with the Customer specifications, NSN standards & guidelines and NSN work processes and Quality and Health & Safety standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Site inspector is the NSN representative on site for the inspection of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Telecom installation works.
- Visits sites randomly accordingly to Project Quality Plan requirements.
- Responsible for monitoring and inspecting BSS/MW site CME and Telecom installation work progress and verifying that the implementation is done according to Customer specifications, NSN standards & guidelines and NSN work processes and Quality and Health & Safety standards.
- Ensure that overall Project site quality reaches the objectives and KPI's set locally and globally.
- Ensure pro-active Quality improvement actions, by analysing the project situation and by a close cooperation with the Project Team, Service Suppliers and Customer.
SERVICE SUPPLIER INTERFACE
- Monitor and verify subcontractor performance and competence against Customer specifications and NSN required standards.
- Support service supplier of site corrective actions for work not being performed in accordance with Customer and NSN standards.
- Monitoring Supplier quality defects data information in project management tool.
MEETINGS & REPORTING
- Fulfill Site Assessment report and Tool Quality Module (EPM).
- Report, follow-up and approve corrective actions needed from Suppliers.
- Based on site visits, report regularly site Quality status to Project Manager (and/or PM).
- Follow-up (by close cooperation with Service Suppliers) "on time" data correctness.
- Participate to monthly Quality Service Supplier meetings and follow-up Service Supplier analysis on High rate corrective action (and pro-active improvement plan).
- Ensure Project & NSN Global reports accuracy.
ACCEPTANCE
- Ensures that service supplier has self inspected the completion of implementation.
- Organizes site acceptance inspections (CW and/or TI).
- Invites Customer representative (or participate as NSN representative) for acceptance inspection.
- Follows up the corrective works as noticed in site acceptance punch list.
- Support the Project team for approving the final (or conditional) acceptance for the Service Suppliers.
- Support the Project team for getting final (or conditional) acceptance from Customer.

- Provide (P), Distribute (D), Store (S) or Approve (A) all needed documents mentioned (or needed to perform the work) in the above paragraphs.

Needed Competencies:
Education:
B.Sc. or Diploma in Engineering/Telecommunication
Valid Rigging (Working in Heights) License
Participated in Health & Safety Training
Experience:
3+ years working experience in CME or Implementation on telecom projects. Experience in implementation (installation, commissioning & acceptance).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office; Most of the works done will require the candidate to travel frequently outside the office; therefore candidate must be willing to travel.
