Our client, a global-market-leading provider of next-generation mobile cellular infrastructure and solutions is actively looking for suitable candidates to join their team as a Senior and Junior OMC/NOC Engineers in Indonesia (Java - Bali Region).

OMC Engineer Code : OMCE

• Good understanding on the GSM network elements and functions.
• Provide 24x7 support
• Understand various priority levels and SLAs defined
• Understand the criticality of the alarms raised by various network elements and follow the right procedure given by the technical support team.
• Understanding of any of the products from Huawei / Ericsson like: BTS, BSC, MSC, IN etc.
• Login to various network elements and execute the standard set of procedures/ commands.
• Interface and escalate to technical support team to problem resolution
• Generate trouble ticket
• Generate daily performance reports.
• Generate daily availability and fault reports
• Basic understanding on any of the trouble ticketing, fault management tools
• Minimum one year and maximum 2 years of experience
