1. Position : Secretary
Job Description :
- Assist President Director for correspondence / filling and handling phone call
- Handling for all expense claim
- Arrange daily schedule and appointment for President Director
- As secretary for department for handling air ticket / hotel reservation and attendance
- Issue / filling company document
- Assist for some company event exp. exhibition, meeting, workshop
- Handling general issue in department secretary

Job Requirement :
- Diploma Degree as secretary
- Female, max 28 years
- Minimum 2 years experience as secretary
- Should fluent in Mandarin and English for daily communication and correspondence


2. Position : Sales Assistant
Job Description :
- Receive PO from product manager and service manager and check documents application
- Follow up the progress of PO evaluation
- Fill in the system according to PO information and organize PO evaluation
- Review PO according to the authority and frame contract
- Assist for sales management affairs


Job Requirement :
- Female, max 28 years old
- Bachelor degree
- 1 year experience in finance, commercial, marketing, sales administration
- Should able to communicate in Mandarin (verbal and written) and English


3. Position : Procurement Engineer
Job Description :
- Review subcontractors for engineering and managed service for bidding projects and projects implementation
- Select and coordinate with subcontractors according to company and project requirement
- Monitoring subcontractors management and establish strategic to support company business development
- Support project team for bidding, project implementation and problem solving


General Requirement :
- Male / female, max 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication / Electronic / Computer Science Engineering
- 2 years experience in procurement or engineering, experience from telecommunication procurement is preferable
- Fluent in Mandarin and English


4. Position : Government Relation Deputy Manager
Job Description :
- Responsible for building and maintaining relation with government, civil society, association, agencies, stakeholders and non governmental groups
- Establish smooth communication channel with stakeholders for building a good business environment of the region
- Support public relation issue, plan and strategy to develop company business
- Deal with crisis affairs to support the region’s operation
- Produce summaries, presentations and reports


General Requirement :
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from related field
- Minimum 3 years in handling relationship between company and governmental issues
- Good communication in English


5. Position: Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall relationship with customer
Ensure Good understanding of customer’s requirements and current market information
Involve in all activities to ensure the establishment of the brand
Explore for opportunity to achieve sales targets with pre-sales team
Pro-actively deliver new sales into existing customer portfolio
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Computer Science or related field of study, MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the telecommunication industry with proven track record
Familiar with international trading, international law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures, etc.
High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
Resourceful, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage


6. Position : Value Added Service Product Engineer / Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Work with the Account Manager on the planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan
Support pre-sales activities by responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
Marketing of Huawei’s IN product range, including network concepts and solutions
Support all product promotion related activities

Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing IN related products
In-depth technical background in telecommunications networking
Hands-on experience and knowledge on some of the following technology:
ü Switching
ü Mobile network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA)
ü Fixed network (NGN)
ü Messaging Systems (SMS, MMS, Voice Mail and WAP)
ü Data Network
Good planning and business presentation skills
Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage


7. Position : GSM Product Engineer / Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Work with the Account Manager on the planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan
Support GSM/GPRS/3G pre-sales activities by responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
Marketing of Huawei GSM/GPRS/3G products, including network concepts and solutions
Support all GSM/GPRS/3G product promotion related activities

Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
Minimum 3 years experience in the GSM/GPRS/3G environment.
In-depth technical background in telecommunications network and mobile network
Hands-on experience and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA network.
Good planning and business presentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage


8. Position : CDMA Product Engineer / Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Work with the Account Manager on the planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan
Support CDMA pre-sales activities by responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
Marketing of Huawei CDMA products, including network concepts and solutions
Support all CDMA product promotion related activities

Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
Minimum 3 years experience in the CDMA / GSM/GPRS/3G environment.
In-depth technical background in telecommunications network and mobile network
Hands-on experience and knowledge on CDMA / GSM/GPRS/CDMA network.
Good planning and business presentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage


General Requirement :
- Must be able to communicate in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added value
- Able to work in fast paced and rapid changing environment
