Qualifications:

• University Degree or Technical College qualifications (Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience in a related discipline).
• Preferably 2-3 years experience in telecommunication field but Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of the telecommunication network for cellular (CDMA/GSM/WCDMA) in term of concept, product and system.
• Knowledge on radio network design and RF optimization measurement tools and any related matters.
• Perform DT log analysis. Hardware Check -- PA, Feeder Swaps Call connectivity, Neighbors defined and handover functioning, Parameter defaults defined and functionality check.
• Initial Tuning Optimisation -- Orientation, Titlting, Frequency Changes, parameter modifiation
• ULO support (Uji Layak Operasi - Test of service operation)
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills

General Qualifications :

• English proficiency (Verbal and Written)
• Independent, self motivated, well organized with an analytical mind, Co-operative, honest and high integrity, and an open minded kind of person.
• Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure, able to work in any Other Area and willing to be relocated to other area.
• Good Interpersonal skills & Team-work oriented but able to work independently
• Position based in: Jakarta, Sumatera.
