URGENT - Nokia Network Implementation PM Required!

We are urgently seeking an Nokia Network Implementation P Manager. This
position is located in Middle East, such as Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE

You will be required to have extensive skills in
PMP or other Project Management Qualification or certificate?
More then a few years experience in Project Management
You will be required to have a GSM background?
You will also be required to have either a Nokia or Ericsson background?
