Our client has instructed us to find an experienced Ericsson Core Support Engineer. You will be working as a part of the Front Office team. You should have experience on Ericsson Core Nodes, MSC, HLR, MGW, SGSN, GGSN. You will be responsible for problem determination and resolution/restoration in the node itself and/or in node/application related matters in the network. You will also be dealing with trouble ticket, follow up CSRs to local support. contribute to create and improvements of procedures and routines. The ideal candidate should have experience on Ericsson network and or equipment and have excellent knowledge of Ericsson Core Nodes, alarm handling, fault restoration, GPRS, EDGE
