We are a well known multinational major service provider
in telecommunication business within the globe, is
currently seeking professional candidates for following
positions :

ROAMING ENGINEER (Jakarta & Surabaya)

Responsible for all international roaming related
activities within Network Operations and responsible to
coordination of the legal administrator in
interconnections and roaming agreements. Perform office
and facility management. Invoice verification for third
party disbursements. Perform site and asset management.
Performing IREG/CAMEL testing and management of test
equipment. Ensuring correct configuration of all relevant
network element for implementing roaming agreement.
Interconnections and roaming agreements.

Candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
• At least S1 degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or
related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunication industry
• Good command of English language and computer literate.
• Be self-motivated with a positive approach to work.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Strong experience in IREG/CAMEL
• Strong knowledge in technical aspects of international
roaming (such as CAMEL and Billing)

SDH/OPTIC ENGINEER

Responsible for the on-site maintenance, fault
rectification and performance monitoring of the network
elements in the Back Bone Network. This include scheduled
routine maintenance activities, on-site trouble shooting,
and fault rectification, HW replacement and upgrades. This
covers the SDH low capacity, High capacity and MUX.
Experience in commissioning, operating and maintaining of
SDH and MUX equipment. Strong knowledge of the
transmission network (Optic & Microwave). Strong knowledge
of the telecommunication tools (spectrum Analyzer, power
meter, multi test, Link Analyzer)

CORE/RADIO DATABASE

These functions include creating and updating operational
routing database for Mobile core& radio network,
implementing. Maintaining, and checking SSS/BSS database
implementation and managing the database system.
Responsible for doing Planning and Maintenance for routing
database, HW database of mobile core and radio network.
Administration of the database for the network management
control function in the corresponding network elements. Do
database parameter settings analysis and creatively apply
engineering principles to make appropriate database
parameter changes/tuning, and even new feature
implementation to maximize the network performance and
quality in order to meet customer objectives and targets.

Candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
• Must have strong knowledge and having 2 years experience
in RDBMS
• Minimum S-1 Degree in IT, Telecommunications,
Electronics, or related discipline.
• Have strong knowledge database software.

IOT ENGINEER

The IOT Engineer has the responsibility to ensures maximum
efficiency during all phases of project. The Engineer also
responsible to evaluate and design of new, advanced
technologies, and able to translate customer or strategic
business requirements into final detailed technical
design.

Candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
• Minimum S-1 degree in telecommunications, electronic, or
related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in project administration
• Understand to operate Office software (MS Office)
• Good communication, reading, and writing English

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CORE/TRANSMISSION

Performance Management Transmission Engineer has
responsibility for developing and implementing processes
that control the collection and reporting of network data
to ensure compliance with the required contractual
Transmission KPIs ( for SDH, PDH network). The Engineer is
also responsible for collecting other statistics and
reporting of all areas of concern which could affect the
ability of the Network to achieve the defined KPI. The
Engineer should be able to make comprehensive analysis
that helps in troubleshooting the problematic area within
SLA. University degree in telecommunications, electrical
engineering with hands on experience of more than 3 years
in network performance data reporting & analysis. Network
Operator specific knowledge of network infrastructure is
much preferable.

PERFORMANCE REPORTING ENGINEER

The Performance reporting Engineer is responsible for
report developing and administrating the various mobile
network performance reports on day to day basis. The
Engineer should be able to collect the network data from
performance management tool and make ad hoc report. He/she
should ensure that the quality and comprehensive reports
are generated and reported within SLA. The Engineer
should be responsible to maintain, manage and configure
the Performance management tools and ensuring its
continuous availability. University degree in
telecommunications, electronic, with minimum 2 years
experience in similar position. Strong Knowledge of Unix
(solaris/linux) , Oracle , SQL and VB scripts for Macro
Excel are required.
