ERICSSON and ALCATEL OPTIMISATION ENGINEERS REQUIRED
AIRCOM currently have a number of contract opportunities available for optimization experts in MEA region.
We are looking for consultants who have 5+ years optimization background and are willing to travel. Travel may be required to one of the following countries:
- Ghana - Sudan - UAE - Saudi - Senegal - Yemen - Niger- Afghanistan
Experience required includes:
- Setup KPI’s for network performance.
- Analyse Network performance & provide recommendations for network optimisation
- Create process and technical guidelines for drive test & data analysis
- Create process and technical guidelines for network optimisation
- KPIs-Reports Settings
- Candidates with Audit experience will also have an advantage
- Ericsson or Alcatel optimisation experience is essential

CORE NETWORK ENGINEERS REQUIRED
Core network experts with 5-7 years experience required for a number of AIRCOM consultancy projects in:
- Saudi - Sudan - Pakistan
Minimum experience required:
- Excellent background in NGN
- 5+ years experience in fixed/core/NSS
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are must for this customer facing role
- Candidate must be fluent in English (equivalent to mother tongue)
- International experience is a must for this role.
