Monroe Consulting Group have recently been issued a number of contract assignments by various telecommunications companies. I am urgently looking for people who are willing to work on a contract basis for a 6-8 month assignment. Excellent daily rates available for both local and expat hires.

Senior Transmission Planning Engineer is responsible of providing pre-planning and detailed network planning services for for network implementation projects in collaboration with project team. Furthermore Senior Transmission Planning Engineer is having active role on supporting NET sell phase activities on providing network planning guidance and support for CAT/CBT.

Senior Transmission Planning Engineer has supporting role on controlling success on pre-planning and detailed planning activities along with network planning expert and/or manager. Competence development and transfer are essential parts of the role towards selected Partner(s) and own planners.Service deployment is carried out either as consultancy basis and/or as full commitment basis.

Technical skills
- 2G and 3G BTS and Transmission Units -BSC, RNC and Cellular Transmission Equipment. -Plannng and Design of SDH and PDH Transmission Network. Topology, Capacity and Dimensioning -Radio Network Planning -Access Transmission Network Planning -ATM and IP Technology -Synchronisation and DCN planning -Transmission Rollout automation and process

-Transmission Performance optimisation -Planning Tools (Netact TRS and Link planner and Calipran)
