Role:
The candidate will as part of a new OSS RC4 project work in the customer OMC as Ericsson's representative assisting and supporting our Customer. Arabic language skills considered a plus - English mandatory!
Duration: 6 months
Start: Week: 40
Technical Competence:
- Minimum 4 years of Ericsson OSS-RC R3 and R4 O&M experience (a short Support experience will be an advantage)
- Good command in English (Written and spoken)
- Good trouble shooting ability of OSS and SNMS
- Skilled in OSS and SNMS O&M routines (basic routines, Integration, Fault Management, STS)
- Good understanding of Script handling in OSS
- Good understanding of Veritas Volume Management and Veritas Netbackup.
- Good knowledge of UNIX and Sybase
- Good knowledge of Business Objects reports and universes.
- Basic knowledge about APG40
- Basic knowledge about IN, VAS, GPRS & 3G Network Elements and network architecture
- On regular basis cover the on-call schedule 7x24 responsibility;
- Transfers knowledge to the local staff in a structural way by training, coaching, guiding, explaining, documenting and handing over relevant knowledge;

- Proven experience in customer environment and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Customer and performance Orientated.
- Be a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
