Features testing: Features bought by MTN Should be tested with recommendations of implementation in a case by case scenario. (MBMS, Logical Parameters : Tuning of current Logical AMR-WB , HSUPA…) parameters.

Our client is looking for an experienced UMTS RF Engineer for their project based in Honduras.
You will be possibly travelling to Guatemala and El Salvador for supporting our client projects on these locations. Because of the high KPI requirements from customer the risk of this project delivery is high.
You will be responsible for the following:
Respond to the customer's complaints in a timely fashion with a satisfactory solution. The acceptance conditions are very important for the project delivery. Consultant should consult the customer to accept the acceptance success conditions. Ensure the acceptance is successfully based on the conditions agreed with each other. Consultation on difficult problems during the project execution, consultant provides services of the total flow and help the client solve difficult problems quickly and efficiently.
Based on actual RNP & RNO contents and procedures, the main problems that the customer faces are included (but not limited to) in the following contents and processes:
Solutions for drive test data analysis, solutions for frequency sweep data analysis, solutions for traffic statistics data analysis, solutions for signal tracking analysis, Cell parameter settings (eg timers, hysteresis values, thresholds and algorithm selections), Cell design parameters (eg power levels, frequency/PN/scrambling codes), neighbour lists, (eg neighbour additions, deletions).
Besides solving difficult problems in the RF service, client consultants will also give lectures on special subjects regularly according to the customers requirements. Consultant will introduce knowledge of special subjects in detail to the customer's engineers, based on the actual project. With these lectures the customer's engineers will not only understand and master the RF contents and skills, but also improve technical RF skills.
Consultation on Project Scheming based on requirements of different customers to guarantee a smooth project execution, control project process, and ensure high project quality. Consultants will also provide consultations on project scheming, these will be:
Project risk control, project progress control, project quality control.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years on 3G/UMTS related projects. Multivendor experience and Spanish is an advantage.
