SMART Program ZTE-STTTelkom Training Centre
SMART program merupakan program ZTE-STTTelkom Training Centre, yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi permintaan Sumber Daya Manusia operator baru CDMA2000 (SMART Telecom, Sinar Mas Group).
Mereka minta saat ini sebanyak 100 engineer, dalam bidang CDMA BSS (BTS-BSC), CDMA MSS, Transmisi dan RF Optimization.
Training akan berlangsung 1 bulan, kemudian On The Job Training (dipandu oleh ZTE Engineer) selama 4-6 bulan (sudah mendapat gaji pada saat OJT).
